Booking

Bookings can be taken telephone or e-mail. e-mail is preferred as both party’s have a hard copy of the details.

 Once you have made a booking this will be confirmed by the medium the booking was made. We will not make any further confirmation. If customers require they are welcome to contact us nearer the departure date to confirm the details.

Pick up

Your driver will arrive at the pre arranged time. We will wait outside the premises unless otherwise arranged. We will load your luggage & invite you aboard. Your driver will take you to your destination. The driver will normally decide on the route, taking into consideration time of day & traffic conditions. Please feel free to discuss with the driver the route.

Drop off

On arriving at your destination the driver will unload & help you with your luggage.

Airport Pick up

The driver will meet you in the terminal with a name board for identification. If you are known to the driver he may not use the board. Some passengers may prefer to be met outside the terminal. This is possible as long as we have the mobile number of the lead passenger. Under these circumstances we suggsest you call the office number when clearing the baggage reclaim hall. This gives the driver an idea of your ETA.
